High safety and flexible system configurations were the design principles during the development of the RS series lithium-ion batteries. A modular and compact design makes system integration more flexible, especially in retrofit projects. Adding redundant battery monitoring system (BMS) and a unique “cell-to-cell” protection takes it to the next level. Water cooling keeps the battery cells at the optimal temperature to extend their life and improve peak power. These features make this battery suitable for large energy storage applications, peak shaving, as well as high power packages for electric vehicles and hybrid solutions on both land and water.
