The LOCC Box is an electronic monitoring system for overload and short circuit protection in cabling that meets the requirements for selectable shutdown of different subsystems in case of failure. Can also handle capacitive loads. Acts as a fuse that disconnects the load in case of a fault. One scenario is that you have several units/loads connected to a main fuse. When a device fails and triggers the main fuse, all devices shut down. With a LOOC Box between the main fuse and the device, only the failing device is shut down while the remaining devices work as usual.
