Rotary encoder TBN58/C3 Multiturn A positive locking mechanical coupling between the customer’s shaft and the sensor shaft ensures that the magnet in the sensor shaft accurately reflects the rotation of the customer’s shaft. The TBN model records one rotation (i.e. a maximum of 16,384 steps). With the subsequent absolute transmission, the TRN axis encoder reaches a measurement range of up to 4096 rotations. The position and speed values (PDO – Process Data Object) are output via the CANopen protocol.
